Levels

At 785 Dive, we often have two different options for level of play in every tournament we host: A (Competitive) & B (Recreational).

Since we have 8 courts at 785 Dive, we can host many levels at the same time.

A Level (Competitive)

A Level (Competitive) is for experienced players who are comfortable running structured offense and defense systems. These athletes typically have consistent serves and the ability to attack and block. Many have played in high school, club, or college. A-level participants should expect longer rallies and strategic gameplay. This division is ideal for players who want to be pushed, improve their skills, and compete for a meaningful finish.

B Level (Recreational)

B Level (Recreational) is intended for players who understand the basic rules and fundamentals but prioritize fun, fitness, and social connection over intense competition. Participants may have some league or high school experience, but consistency and advanced systems are still developing. Rallies are active and engaging, but the overall atmosphere is more relaxed. B-level players are looking for a positive environment to improve their beach volleyball skills and meet others.
